12例手足部腱鞘巨细胞瘤MRI征像分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的分析腱鞘巨细胞瘤的核磁共振成像(MRI)表现特点。方法对12例MRI诊断为手足部腱鞘巨细胞瘤经手术病理确诊病例进行回顾分析总结。结果病灶发生于足部3例,手部9例,均为单侧单部位发病。MRI表现:T1WI等信号7例、不均匀低信号5例,T2WI高低混杂信号9例,均匀高信号2例,等低信号1例。增强扫描不均匀明显强化10例,中度强化2例。结论腱鞘巨细胞瘤MRI表现有明显特点,MRI对其能作出较准确诊断。
