摘要
目的:通过观察补肾中成药喘可治注射液对COPD稳定期肾虚证患者的细胞免疫功能及生活质量影响,为COPD稳定期患者的治疗提供思路和方法。方法:将符合条件的患者30例,随机分为实验组和对照组各15例,对照组予常规西药治疗,实验组予以联合使用喘可治注射液,观察两组治疗前后中医疗效、症状积分、CAT评分、肺功能及Th17/CD_4^+细胞比例的变化。结果:(1)治疗后实验组总有效率86.67%,对照组总有效率80.00%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组疗后咳嗽、咳痰、喘息及胸闷症状积分与疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时实验组改善喘息症状优于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后两组CAT评分较疗前有下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疗后两组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示实验组CAT评分优于对照组。(3)治疗后实验组肺功能指标较疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。提示实验组能够改善患者肺功能的情况。(4)两组治疗后Th17/CD_4^+细胞比例较疗前比例下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时两组组间比较,实验组较对照组比例下降明显。结论:联合喘可治注射液治疗在改善COPD稳定期肾虚证患者症状、CAT评分、肺功能以及细胞免疫方面优于单纯西药治疗,因此,补肾中药可以改善COPD肾虚证患者的免疫功能和生活质量。
Objective：To provide clinical some ideas and methods basis for treating the patients with COPD stabilization by investigating the effects of CKZ injection on the immune function of patients with COPD stabilization kidney deficiency and the quality of life.Method：30 eligible patients were randomly allocated to experimental group（n=15）and controlled group（n=15）.The control group using western medicine therapy on a regular basis,experimental group was used in combination with CKZ injection,to observe the changes in Curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,symptom scores,CAT scale,lung function and TH17/CD_4~＋ cells.Result：（1）After treatment,the total efficacy of the experimental group was 86.67%,the control group was 80.00%,there was no satatistical significance（P〈0.05）,the symptoms have been promoted of both groups compared with prior treatment（P〈0.05）,and the increase of dyspnea of the experimental group is better than the control group which show a satatistical significance（P〈0.05）.（2） After treatment,the experimental group and control group have a decrease in the CAT scores compared with ptior treatment,Results Significant difference between the two groups of patients（P〈0.05）,It prompt the above symptoms have improved.The symptoms of experimental group improved after treatment than the control group,differences have statistical significance（P〈0.05）.（3） Lung function index of the experimental group after treatment compared with prior treatment with significant difference（P〈0.05）,and also a significant difference compared with the control group with（P〈0.05）,suggesting the experimental group patients have improved lung function obviously.（4）After treatment,the Th17/CD_4~＋ cells increased both groups compared with prior treatment,differences have statistical significance（P〈0.05）.And the experimental group showed a obvious decrease in comparing with the control group.Conclusion：The result indicated that CKZ injection treatment
