摘要
区域产学研联盟模式是产学研合作的高级形式和发展趋势,创业团队是产学研合作的特殊主体。运用创业团队理论和产学研合作理论,基于创业团队的视角,从构成要素、主体分析、运行过程等方面构建东阳区域产学研联盟模式;并提出政府细化创业支持措施、院校强化创业指导功能以及企业深化创新合作行为等发展对策。
The regional alliance model of industry, university and research is the advanced form and the development trend of the research cooperation, and the entrepreneurial team is the special subject of the cooperation. Using entrepreneurial team theory and industry university research alliance theory, based on the perspective of entrepreneurial team, this paper constructs the model of regional industry university research alliance in Dongyang from the aspects of constituent elements, the subject analysis and operation process. In the end, it puts forward the development measures＇ such as government refining pioneering support measures, colleges strengthening the career guidance work and enterprises deepening the cooperative innovation behavior.
