摘要
采用2003—2013年我国纺织业相关环境成本的面板数据,利用DEA模型(数据包络分析),对低碳经济下我国纺织业环境成本进行评价。结果表明:我国纺织业规模效益呈现稳定发展状态,规模扩大空间不大,提升纺织业环境成本效率的关键是提升技术效益,提高技术效益的根本途径是加大对纺织业环保科研投入与科研成果转化力度,合理配置优化资源,提升纺织业环境成本投入—产出的技术效益。
In this paper,the DEA model( Data Envelopment Analysis) is used to evaluate the environmental cost by the panel date of China's textile industry from 2003 to 2013. The results show that the scale efficiency of China's textile industry present stable development and spaces of scale enlargement is little. The key to strengthen the environment cost efficiency of the textile industry is promotion of technical benefit. The basic way is to increase the input of environmental protection's scientific research and the power of transformation scientific research achievements,and to promote the technical benefit of input-output of the textile industry by allocating and optimizing resource rationally.
