摘要
在研究天然靛蓝改性工艺的基础上,探究天然靛蓝对羊毛染色的可行性。通过测定染色温度,染料用量,染色时间,pH值等因素优化了改性靛蓝的染色工艺。对传统还原靛蓝染色棉织物和改性靛蓝染色羊毛纤维的颜色特征值做了对比。结果表明,经改性后的还原靛蓝具有可溶性,可上染羊毛纤维,其染色最佳工艺条件为:染料用量13.5 m L,pH值4,染色温度80℃,染色时间50 min;染色后色相与传统的还原靛蓝色相接近。染色后羊毛纤维具有较好的摩擦、皂洗和日晒牢度。
Based on the study of the natural indigo modification process,the paper explores the feasibility of natural indigo dyeing of wool. By measuring the value of pH value,dosage of dyes,dyeing time and temperature,the modification of indigo dyeing process is optimized. The result shows that after the modification process the indigo can be dyed to wool fiber. The optimal conditions is dyeing dye concentration 13. 5 m L,pH value 4,dyeing temperature 80 ℃,dyeing time 50 min. After staining the hue is similar to conventional reduction of indigo and dyeing wool fiber has better friction,soap washing fastness and sunlight.
