摘要
针对目前微欧级蓄电池内阻测量存在的不足,设计了一套实用的微欧级蓄电池内阻测量系统。该系统运用四引线连接法,将1k Hz的交流信号注入电池,再将电池两端产生的微弱信号通过差分放大、带通滤波,有效值转换等技术,有效地抑制了噪声和干扰,简化了设计,实现了微欧级蓄电池内阻的测量。实验结果表明,该系统可有效地应用于微欧级蓄电池内阻的测量,且测量结果稳定可靠。
A practical microhm internal resistance of lead-acid battery measuring system was designed as a result of the deficiencies in this field. The system was connected by four-wire method and the AC signal of 1k Hz was injected into the lead-acid battery,then the weak signals generated at both ends of the battery was amplified,filtered and transformed to RMS. The system effectively suppressed noise and disturbance,and simplified design,which achieved the measurement of microhm internal resistance of lead-acid battery. The experiments show that the system can be effectively used in the measurement of microhm internal resistance of lead-acid battery,and the measurement results are stable and reliable.
