摘要
随着改革开放的不断深入,对外承包工程业务已发展成为我国对外经济的重要组成部分。实施汇率风险管理,对于国际工程承包企业来说具有重要的现实意义。以孟加拉粉磨站项目为典型案例,对汇率对项目的报价和执行的影响进行了深入研究,研究结果表明,在报价阶段,可采用动态加权汇率测算投标价格,同时在总价中适当考虑汇率变动带来的风险。构建项目汇率风险影响分析矩阵,对项目执行阶段的汇率风险影响进行了分析,提出相应的策略。
At present, oversea contracting project has been developed as a crucial component of ex- ternal economy in China as reform and open goes further. Execution for risk management of exchange rate plays an important role especially in international engineering contractor. The exchange rate effect of offer and implementation of project was analyzed based on a sample of grinding plant project in Bangladesh. The analysis result shows that the tender price can be calculated by using dynamic weighting of exchange rate and the variation risk of exchange rate should be scrutinized with lump sum price during the offer period. A proper strategy would be issued after the influences of exchange rate risk were analyzed during project implementation period in accordance with a risk analysis matrix of project exchange rate influences.
