摘要
人民币汇率形成机制的改革意味着我国从此进入有管理的浮动汇率时代,这让具有国际工程承包业务的企业更多地面临汇率风险。如何规避汇率风险保障企业的正常经营,及时准确地把握汇率变动趋势,采取切实有效的对策防范汇率风险,已成为企业无法回避和迫切需要解决的问题。此文针对国际工程承包中的汇率风险提出应建立三大汇率风险防范机制。
The reform on the exchange rate mechanism of RMB（￥） means that our country has entered a controlled floating rate period, which makes many enterprises involved in international project contracting business faced with more exchange rate risks. How to evade the rate risk to ensure the normal operation of enterprises and accurately grasp the trend of rate change and take practical and effective countermeasures against such risks has become an unavoidable and burning question for solution. This article proposes that the preventive mechanism against the three major exchange rate risks be established for the international project contracting business.
