摘要
为筛选苗期抗稻瘟病的种质资源,为水稻苗期稻瘟病抗性改良提供种质材料,分别在湖北恩施、咸丰和利川对从国际水稻所引进的一套遗传多样性丰富的籼稻种质资源进行稻瘟病鉴定。结果表明:核心种质在3个地点的叶瘟均表现出丰富的遗传变异,恩施、咸丰和利川分别筛选到7份、33份和6份苗期抗稻瘟病的种质资源,多个环境下均抗稻瘟病的有6份,其中IR122284和IR121225在3个地点均高抗稻瘟病。
To screen germplasm resources resistant to rice blast at seedling stage,and provide germplasm resouces for improvement of resistance to rice blast at seedling stage,a mini-core indica germplasm introduced from International Rice Research Institute was planted in Enshi,Xianfeng and Lichuan of Hubei,and leaf blast were tested at three locations to screen germplasms resisntant to rice blast at seedling stage.Results:7,33 and 6varieties were resistant to leaf blast at three locations,respectively.Among them,6 varieties were resistance to leaf blast at multi-environments.Two varieties named IR122284 and IR121225performed high resistance to leaf blast at all three locations.
