四川水稻抗稻瘟病种质资源农艺性状的遗传改良 被引量:6

Genetic improvement of agronomic characters of germplasm resources resistant to rice blast in Sichuan province

摘要 用多元方差分析比较了48份基础抗源与47份改良抗源的抗瘟性及农艺性状的总体差异,并对这95份供试抗源的农艺性状进行了主成分聚类分析。结果表明,基础抗源与改良抗源总体上抗瘟性差异不显著,但农艺性状差异达极显著水平。播始天数、单株穗数、穗实粒数、结实率、千粒重、单株粒重及谷粒宽等性状具有较高的遗传改进。主成分聚类将95份供试抗源划分为2大类,Ⅰ类包括Ⅰ1、Ⅰ2、Ⅰ33个亚类共计47份材料,其中基础抗源及改良抗源分别占27.66%和72.34%;Ⅱ类包括Ⅱ1、Ⅱ2、Ⅱ3、Ⅱ44个亚类共计48份材料,其中基础抗源及改良抗源分别占72.92%和27.08%。并对抗源改造利用策略进行了讨论。 The total differences of agronomic characters and blast resistance between 48 fundamental rice resources and 47 improved rice resources resistant to rice blast were compared by using the multiple covariance analysis.Principal component analysis as well as cluster analysis was performed on agronomic characters of the 95 tested resistance resources.The result indicated that the blast resistance of the fundamental resistance resources and the improved resistance resources was not significantly different,but their agronomic characters were extremely significantly different.Some agronomic characters,such as days of sowing to heading,effective panicles per plant,filled spikelets per panicle,seed setting,1000-grain weight,grain weight per plant and grain width,had highly genetic improvement.The 95 resistance resources might be divided into 2 groups by using principal component analysis and cluster analysis based on agronomic characters.GroupⅠ had 47 resources,including 3 subgroupsⅠ1,Ⅰ2,Ⅰ3,with 27.66 % of the foundation resistance resources and 72.34 % of the improved resistance resources.GroupⅡ had 48 resources,including 4 subgroups II1,II2,II3,II4,with 72.92 % of the foundation resistance resources and 27.08 % of the improved resistance resources.The strategies of improvement and utilization of rice resistance resources were discussed.
