西南有色金属矿区周边居民头发中重金属含量特征 被引量:6

Characteristics of Heavy Metal in Human Hairs in Non-ferrous Metal Mineralized Area,Southwest of China

摘要 为了研究金属矿石开采、冶炼等工业活动对周边居民身体健康的影响,该研究采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)和石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GF-AAS)测定我国西南有色金属矿区周边2个村庄(A村、B村)居民头发中As、Pb、Cr、Cu 4种重金属含量(93例)。结果表明,矿区周边A村居民头发中As、Pb、Cr和Cu平均含量分别为0.75、8.77、0.40和6.98μg/g,B村平均含量分别为0.25、4.20、0.39和7.91μg/g;A村居民头发中As、Pb含量明显高于B村(P<0.01)。相关分析表明,A村居民头发中As和Pb、Cr和Cu均有较明显相关性,即人发中As和Pb的累积可能来自于同一污染源,而B村居民头发中各元素均不存在显著相关性。主成分分析结果表明,A村居民头发中As和Pb主要来源于周边铅锌矿采选和冶炼等。不同年龄段人发中重金属含量分析表明,2个村居民头发中As、Pb含量均随着年龄增长呈上升趋势,而Cr和Cu含量随着年龄增长没有明显变化。不同性别的人发中重金属含量分析表明,A村和B村居民头发中As和Pb含量男性均显著高于女性(P<0.01),而Cr和Cu含量没有显著性差异。 To investigate the effect of mining and smelting activities on the heavy metals content in human hair,93 human hair samples were collected from village A and village B surrounding non-ferrous metal mineralized area,respectively. Four elements including As,Pb,Cr,Cu in human scalp hair were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometer(AFS) and atomic absorption spectrometer(AAS) which were in metal mineralized area and in the upwind of mining area. Results showed that the mean contents of As,Pb,Cr and Cu in scalp hairs were 0.75,8.77,0.40 and 6.98 μg/g from village A surrounding the mining area,respectively,while the mean contents of As,Pb,Cr and Cu in scalp hairs from village B were0.25,4.20,0.39 and 7.91 μg/g,respectively. The contents of As,Pb in scalp hairs from village A were significantly higher than village B by t-test(P〈0.01). Correlation analysis indicated that significant correlation among Pb and As,Cr and Cu has been found in human hairs of village A. However,there was no significant correlation among the heavy metals in human hairs of village B. According to principal component analysis,As and Pb contamination were mainly from the metal smelting,mining and so on. The contents of As and Pb in hairs increased with the growth of age and Cr and Cu didn 't change obviously with age. As and Pb of male hairs was higher than female significantly in two villages by statistical analysis(P〈0.01),however,there was no significant gender dependence of Cr and Cu in hairs of two villages.
