南京室内灰尘与青少年头发指甲中重金属的污染特征研究 被引量:1

摘要 于2016年10月至12月采集南京市某中学高一学生的家庭室内灰尘样品及学生头发、指甲样品,对其中的Cr,Cu,Mn,Ni,Pb五种重金属浓度进行测定,比较分析了室内灰尘、头发和指甲中五种重金属浓度水平,研究了室内灰尘暴露与青少年体内重金属累积的相关关系.结果表明,家庭室内灰尘中Cr,Cu,Mn,Ni和Pb的平均浓度分别为50.20,184.87,211.90,64.32,112.53 mg·kg^(-1),通过相关研究发现室内灰尘中五种重金属均有相似的来源.中学生头发中Cr,Cu,Mn,Ni,Pb的平均浓度分别为1.96,44.57,0.80,2.62,1.97 mg·kg^(-1),指甲中Cr,Cu,Mn,Ni,Pb的平均浓度分别为2.06,5.61,1.12,2.21,0.70 mg·kg^(-1).女生指甲中的Ni浓度显著(p<0.05,2.77 vs 1.34 mg·kg^(-1))高于男生.室内灰尘和头发以及室内灰尘和指甲的成对样品中,同一重金属并不存在显著的相关性.说明本研究中室内灰尘暴露可能并不是Cr,Cu,Mn,Ni,Pb五种重金属在青少年体内累积的主要来源.未来研究应评估饮食暴露、大气颗粒物吸收等途径对人体重金属累积的贡献. In the present study,household indoor dust,hair,and nail samples of Grade 10 students in one middle school of Nanjing,China were collected to measure the concentrations of heavy metals,including Cr,Cu,Mn,Ni,and Pb.The results showed that mean concentrations of Cr,Cu,Mn,Ni,and Pb in household indoor dust samples were 50.20,184.87,211.90,64.32,and 112.53 mg·kg^(-1),respectively.The five heavy metals in indoor dust samples may come from similar sources through the correlation analysis.The mean concentrations of Cr,Cu,Mn,Ni,and Pb were 1.96,44.57,0.80,2.62,and 1.97 mg·kg^(-1) in hair samples,and 2.06,5.61,1.12,2.21,and 0.70 mg·kg^(-1) in nail samples.The concentrations of Ni in nails of girls were significantly(p<0.05)higher than those of boys.There was no significant correlation between metal concentrations in paired indoor dust and human hair as well as in paired indoor dust and human nail.Indoor dust exposure therefore may not be the main source for the accumulation of five determined metals in adolescents.Future studies should evaluate the contributions of dietary exposure,atmospheric particulate inhalation,and other pathways to the accumulation of heavy metals in human body.
