摘要
电化学发光(ECL)用于诱导并同步检测过硫酸盐氧化降解污染物.应用紫外可见(UV-vis)、红外光谱(IR)、气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对降解产物进行分析,明晰降解机理.结果表明,电化学条件下,自由基通过氧化X-BR分子上的蒽醌、三嗪杂环等基团降解染料分子而使染料脱色.降解条件为:过硫酸钾溶液浓度0.1mol·L-1,活性艳蓝X-BR浓度0.01 mol·L-1,反应195 min,降解率达到最大为66.47%.降解反应符合一级反应动力学模型,反应速率常数为1.01×10-2min-1.
A new electrogenerated chemiluminescence (ECL) method was proposed for triggering and detecting persulfate oxidized reactive brilliant blue X-BR dyes degradation. The cyclic voltage was employed to trigger sulfate radical SO4^-. Based on the synchronous signal of cyclic vohammetry (CV) and luminescence (CL), the oxidation mechanism research model was built. The structure of degradation products were inferred with the help of ultra- violet spectrum, FTIR spectrum and, GC-MS. The results showed that the ECL-induced oxidative degradation exactly happened at the group of anthraquinone and triazine on the dyes molecules. The optimum degradation parameter was at the pH 6.0 with persulfate concentration of 1×10^-1 mol L^-1 and dyes concentration of 1×10^-2 mol L^-1, at which the degradation ratio reached 66.47%. The degradation reaction obeyed the first and reaction kinetics model, and reaction rate constant was 1 01×10^-2 min^-1.
