摘要
在分隔的流经式电化学反应器中,以金属氧化物电极(DSA)为阳极、石墨为阴极,采用电化学法对活性艳蓝KN-R模拟废水进行处理研究。在恒电位模式下,测定了染料废水在最大可见吸收波长(592 nm)处的吸光度及电解液的TOC质量浓度。实验结果表明,阳极电位、NaC l浓度、染料浓度、电解液pH对染料废水的脱色率有较大的影响。在阳极电位为1.13 V、Na2SO4浓度为0.1 mol/L、NaC l浓度为0.5 mol/L、活性艳蓝KN-R浓度为0.1 mmol/L、电解液pH为6.4、温度为30℃的条件下,经4 h的电解,染料废水的脱色率达到100%,但TOC质量浓度的变化不明显。
The electrochemical treatment of reactive brilliant blue KN-R simulated wastewater was carried out in a divided flow-by cell with metal oxide(DSA)as anode and graphite as cathode.At the constant potential mode,the absorbance of the dye at 592 nm and the mass concentration of TOC of the electrolyte were determined.The experimental results show that the dye removal is strongly affected by the electrode potential,the concentrations of dye and NaCl,and the pH of the electrolyte.On the conditions of electrode potential 1.13 V,Na_2SO_4 0.1 mol/L,NaCl (0.5 mol/L,)reactive brilliant blue KN-R 0.1 mmol/L,electrolyte pH 6.4,temperature 30 ℃,the removal of the dye is 100% after 4 h of electrolysis,while the mass concentration of TOC is not notably changed.
