摘要
问题聚焦型报道(problem-focused reporting)所引发的负面效应已引起不少有识之士的担忧,基于方案的新闻(solution-based journalism)体现出变批判为建设的努力。基于方案的新闻当前有建设新闻(constructive news)、方案新闻(solutions journalism)等不同称谓,其核心主张一致,认为新闻不应仅仅发现问题、呈现问题,还应提供有助于问题解决的可靠回应。基于方案的新闻可以让公民、新闻机构和政治共同体共同受益,一些媒体已开展了富有成效的实践,这为确立和重塑新闻机构的合法性提供了新的契机。
More and more informed people are worried about the side-effects of problem-focused reporting, solutionbased journalism is more constructive than ordinary news. Solution-based journalism advocates that the mission of journalism is not only to find social problems, but also to provide reliable response to social problems. Solution-based journalism is called solutions journalism, constructive news and so on. It is beneficial to the citizen, the news agency and the political community, some media's practices show that it's a new opportunity for legitimacy building of the journalism.
