摘要
主要运用文献资料法、系统分析法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,在合作共赢的研究主题下,把握'援助—受援'的互益关系,对中国体育对外援助进行研究。在宏观层面,体育对外援助要以合作共赢为引领,促进援助双方国家战略与对外政策的有效落实,为构建人类命运共同体贡献力量。在中观层面,要全面考虑政治、经济、文化的有机结合,推动援助双方多领域合作的繁荣发展,为体育事业的共同提升提供助力。在微观层面,要全面贯彻援助与受援的相互受益,加强援助双方在实践中携手同行,为外交伙伴关系的深化合作提供支撑。在未来运行中,中国政府应协调处理各层级关系,有序开展丰富多彩的体育对外援助合作,以创新精神和崭新姿态引领国际外交新风尚。
By means of systematic analysis,literature review,logical analysis and other methods,under the research theme of win-win cooperation,and taking into account the friendly relationship of'aid-receive aid',this paper analyzes the foreign aid of Chinese sports.At the macro level,sports foreign aid should be led by win-win cooperation,promote the effective implementation of national strategies and foreign policies of the two sides,and contribute to the building of a community of shared future for mankind.At the meso level,it is necessary to consider the organic combination of politics,economy and culture in a comprehensive way,promote the prosperity and development of multi-field cooperation between the two sides,and provide support for the common promotion of sports.At the micro level,the mutual benefits of aid and receive aid should be fully implemented,and the two sides should work together in practice to provide support for deepening cooperation in diplomatic partnership.In the future,the Chinese government will handle relations at all levels in a coordinated manner,carry out a variety of foreign aid cooperation in sports in an orderly manner and lead the new trend in international diplomacy with an innovative spirit and a new attitude.
