以不同比例掺烧神混2煤,逐步过渡到全烧神混2煤。通过制粉系统调整试验,调平各磨煤机一次风速,偏差<3.5%,调整分离器挡板开度60%并保证R90=18%,满足燃烧要求。通过全烧神混2煤时的燃烧优化调整试验,确定了锅炉在350MW、275MW和175MW负荷下的最佳运行参数,提供了锅炉最佳运行方式。通过调整燃烧器和燃尽风,使锅炉在各个负荷下水冷壁贴壁气氛中H_2S含量处于较低水平,有效缓解了水冷壁高温腐蚀风险。
The blending of Shen-Mixed Coal 2 with different proportions gradually transited to Full-Burning Shen-Mixed Coal 2. Through the adjustment test of pulverizing system, the primary air speed of each pulverizer is leveled with deviation less than 3.5%, the baffle opening of separator is adjusted by 60% and the R90=18% is guaranteed to meet the combustion requirements. The optimum operation parameters of the boiler under 350 MW, 275 MW and 175 MW loads are determined through the combustion optimization adjustment test of Shen-Mixed Coal 2. The optimum operation mode of the boiler is provided. By adjusting the burner and exhaust air, the H2S content in the wall-to-wall atmosphere of the boiler is at a low level under various loads, which effectively alleviates the risk of high temperature corrosion of the water wall.
