摘要
粉煤锅炉经过脱硝除尘改造后出现屏式过热器多次爆管的现象,判断是长期热疲劳所致,根本原因是烟气两侧热偏差导致受热不均造成。通过热态调平、二次风配风试验和强化(或弱化)着火的燃烧调整工作,并将屏式过热器后半屏外两圈管进行材料升级至TP304H,后半屏的最内圈管割除,改善屏式过热器的受热情况,现运行状况良好。
Tube burst accident happened on platen superheater several times after denitration and dedusting reformation of pulverized coal boiler.According to judgement,it was caused by the long time thermal fatigue.However the essential reason is the thermal deviation of flue gas on two sides leading to non-uniform heating.The heating condition was improved through thermal leveling,secondary air distribution test and strengthening(or weakening)the combustion,and updating the material of outermost two circles to TP304H and cutting off the innermost two circles in the rear half of the screen.The operation condition of the superheater is kept well up to now.
