摘要
俄日、中日岛屿争端问题逐渐成为东北亚地区的热点,日本宣布钓鱼岛国有化打破了中日多年来维持现状的默契,双方围绕钓鱼岛问题,在经贸合作、人员往来以及政治军事领域紧张关系不断升级。从国际体系演变的视角,可以独辟蹊径,为东北亚国家间的海域争端寻找到新的解决路径。在新的国际体系尚未建立的前提下,短期内最好的办法是保持现状,搁置争议。
Russia-Japan and China-Japan Island Disputes have gradually garnered attention as the top hot spot in Northeast Asia. The Japanese government's claim of 'nationalization' of Diaoyu Island is worsening the tensions in China and Japan's economic and trade cooperation, the exchange of personnel and politics and military fields. Approaching the issue from the perspective of the international system evolution can provide us a new way of solving the problem. Because of the unsettlement of the new international system, shelving disputes is the most feasible approach.
