摘要
为探讨氟对鸡红细胞膜ATPase活性及代谢的影响 ,选用 2 5 0只 1日龄蛋鸡 ,随机分为 5组 ,每组约 5 0只。第一组为对照组 ,二、三、四、五组在日粮中添加不同水平的氟化钠 ,使日粮中氟的含量分别为 5 0 0 ,10 0 0 ,15 0 0 ,2 0 0 0mg/kg ,实验期为 15 0d。测定血清中氟含量及红细胞膜ATPase活性 ,结果表明 ,成功地复制出了不同程度的鸡慢性氟中毒模型 ,氟中毒组鸡红细胞膜Na+ ,K+ -ATPase,Mg2 + -ATPase ,Ca2 + -ATPase活性均不同程度地降低 ,其中 ,Na+ ,K+ -ATPase,Mg2 + -ATPase活性与血清氟含量呈显著的负相关 (P <0 .0 1)。说明氟能抑制ATPase的活性 。
To invesstigte the effects of fluoride on the activity of ATPase in erythrocytic membrane in chicks,250 one-day chicks wererandomly divided into 5 groups,50 for each group.I was the control,and other four groups,group Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ were fed the dietscontaining 500,1 000,1 500,2 000 mg/kg of fluorine as sodium fluoride,respectively,for 150 days.The contents of serum fluorine andthe activity of ATPase in erythrocytic membrane were determined at every other 30 days.The results showed as follows:the animal patternsof chick fluorosis were successful established;The activities of Na +,K +-ATPase,Mg 2+ -ATPase,Ca 2+ -ATPase in erythrocytic membrane decreased.The content of serum F significantly correlated with the activities of Na +,K +-ATPase,Mg 2+ -ATPase,and the correlative coefficient was r=-0.752(P<0.01),r=-0.732(P<0.01),respectively;It can be concluded that fluoride can inhibite the activity of ATPase and injure the metabolism of ATPase.
