摘要
为探讨铜缺乏对奶牛红细胞及组织细胞膜ATP活性的影响 ,在调查铜缺乏奶牛水土食物链微量元素状态的基础上 ,首次测试了病区 6头发病犊奶牛 (Ⅱ组 )及该地区 2 0头同年生临床健康奶牛 (IH组 ,血清铜低于 0 .5 6mg/kg)红细胞膜Na+ -K+ -ATP酶、Ca2 + -ATP酶及Mg2 + -ATP酶的活性 ,对 2 0头IH组奶牛进行为期 80d的补铜试验 (含铜40mg/kg干饲料 ) ,以 2 0头健区同年生健康奶犊牛作为对照 (HH组 ,全血铜大于 0 .85mg/L)。同时测试了剖杀后 6头病牛及健康牛组织细胞膜ATP酶的活性。结果表明 :Ⅱ组奶牛红细胞膜ATP酶活性显著低于HH组及IH组。补铜后40d ,IH组奶牛红细胞膜Na+ -K+ -ATP酶均显著升高。病牛肝、脾、肾、大脑、小脑、淋巴结等组织细胞膜Na+ -K+-ATP酶、Ca2 + -ATP酶活性显著低于对照组。结论 :铜缺乏较为严重地影响了奶牛红细胞及组织膜ATP酶的活性 ,抑制了这些组织的正常生理功能。
This study investigated the activities of Na+-K+-ATPase,Ca 2+ -ATPase and Mg 2+ -ATPase on the red cell membranes of 6 invalidcalves (ll Group) and 20 clinically healthy ones(IH Group,the serumcopper below 0.56 mg/L) at same age on condition that the status oftrace element on the soil-food chain were studied.The aim of this studywas to discuss the effect of copper deficiency on the activities of ATPase.20 IH Group calves were supplemented with 40 mg Cu/kg dry feedwhile 20 healthy calves in non-affected area were selected as control(HH Group,the content of whole blood copper is more then 0.85 mg/L).Theactivities of tissue membrane ATPase were also determined in 6 invalidcalves and healthy ones at same age.Results:The activities of ATPase ingroupll is significantlylower than that of group IH and HH.The activtiesof Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca 2+ -ATPase of red membrane of group IH were signifiantly improved after 40 days of copper supplementation,80 days later,the activities of all kinds of ATPase were significantly improved.The activities of Na+-K+-ATP?Ca 2+ -ATP on membrane of liver,spleen,kidney,brain,cerebrum and lymphoid of invalid calves were significantly lower than that of healthy ones.Conclusion:Copper deficiency had severe effect on the activities of the membrane ATPase of red cell and tissue in calves and restrained the normal physiological function of these tissue.
