摘要
在演化经济学的结构—过程分析方法下,从知识分工和关联互动的角度分析,政府与市场的关系显示为:政府是内生于市场之中的,政府与市场都是由规则和知识构成的;政府和市场由于演化的不完全和知识分工的不同而存在关联互动的合作和竞争关系,是一种网络关系;政府的作用是嵌入自主的,具有历史性和情境性。
Under the structure-process analysis method of evolution economics,from the view of the knowledge division and the associated interaction,the article re-illustrates the relationship definition between government and market. The government is born with market. The government and the market are both made up of rules and knowledge. The relationship between government and market is a kind of network due to the incomplete evolution of the knowledge division. They are cooperative and competitive with associated interaction. The government is embedded with autonomy. It is historic and situational.
