摘要
选取不同种类的硅烷偶联剂,采用球磨工艺,在乙醇介质中对Si C粉体表面进行包覆改性。结果表明:硅烷偶联剂的种类和化学结构对改性后Si C浆料的性能影响较大,添加质量分数为0.10%的硅烷偶联剂KH-560改性后Si C浆料的固含量增大,流变性显著提高;总有机碳分析仪测定水洗浆料上层液体中有机残留物结果显示,硅烷偶联剂在粉体表面形成了较好的包覆层,浆料稳定性得到提高。
Si C powders were modified by surface coating with different kinds of silane coupling agents in ethanolic suspensions by ball milling.The results show that the composition and structure of silane coupling agents can markedly affect the property of modified Si C slurry. Solid content and rheological property of the slurry obviously increase when the silane coupling agent KH-560 with mass fraction of 0.10% is added. The organic residues in the upper liquid of washing slurry detected by total organic carbon(TOC) indicate that Si C slurry exhibits better cladding layer and the stability of Si C slurry improves greatly.
