摘要
风洞是研究航空航天飞行器的基础性关键性地面设备,模型支撑系统是风洞的关键部件,其运动精度和动态特性直接影响风洞试验精度。采用平面二次包络环面蜗杆作为模型支撑系统的传动部件,对模型支撑系统进行有限元分析和优化设计,并将计算结果运用在设计中。模型支撑系统实际运行结果表明,各项设计指标满足使用要求。
Wind tunnels are the basic and key facilities in developing aircraft for aviation and spaceflight. Model support mechanism are the key part in wind tunnels, because the motion precision and dynamic characteristics directly affect the pre- cision of the wind tunnel test. The transmission of the sting model support uses a planar double enve- loping worm. Finite element analysis and optimi- zing is conducted on the sting model support. Tests running the sting model support show the design is successful.
