摘要
本文用数值法对平面二次包络环面蜗杆传动的润滑性能进行分析,分析了挤压效应和卷吸效应各自作用以及两者耦合作用三种情况下齿面的润滑性能和油膜的承载能力。结果表明挤压效应和卷吸效应的耦合作用很大程度上提高了齿面的润滑性能和承载能力。
Lubrication behavior of the plane re-enveloping hourglass worm gearing is analyzed, and numerical solutions are obtained. Lubrication property and load capacity of this worm gearing is analyzed considering squeezing effect, entraining effect and coupling effect of squeezing and entraining respectively. The analyzing .results indicate that coupling effect of squeezing and entraining improves lubrication property and load capacity greatly.
