摘要
孙衣言致力于复兴永嘉学派,致仕后投身乡里教育事业,促进温州文化教育的发展。一生交游广泛,尤其在仕途上的成长得曾国藩的帮助最大,为曾国藩门生,又是幕僚。孙衣言与曾国藩会面及书信往来涉及奇闻逸事、诗词文章、时政等,两人交往密切。
SUN Yiyan dedicated to the revival of the Yongjia school. After his retirement he devoted himself to the education of the countryside and promoted the development of Wenzhou culture and education. In all his life he made a lot of friends, especially he got help from ZENG Guofan in his career development. He was ZENG Guofan＇ s student and assistant, and the correspondences between him and ZENG Guofan concern anecdotes, poems, politics, etc. They kept close contacts.
