摘要
该文着重阐述了在确定中心静脉置管换药包的配置生成过程,通过QFD建立评价模型,并在质量屋中构造相关要素矩阵以定量地确定用户需求,最后对整个实施过程可能存在的问题进行了分析。该文是一个利用质量功能配置(QFD)将这些医护人员的操作配置需求转变成产品设计及制造需求的成功应用。
This article expounds on the design of central venous catheter nursing pack through building evaluation model via QFD. Then, the customer＇s needs are measured by the house of quality related matrix. Finally the possible problems during in the whole process are discussed and analyzed. This is a successful example of using QFD technology to transfer the nurses/ needs into product designs.
