摘要
文章论述了面向大规模定制的设计实施方法 ,阐述了产品族规划流程、产品族结构树中各级 PFSC之间及其与产品间的组合关系。针对客车底盘产品实例 ,进行了面向大规模定制的客户需求研究 ,构造了底盘产品的客户需求层次分析模型 。
The method of implementing the design for mass customization is proposed. The planning process of a product family is analyzed,the concept of the product function and structure component(PFSC) in the product family structure model is introduced,and the relation between each PFSC and that of the PFSC to a product are discussed. As an example, an analytic hierarchy model of customer requirements for automotive chassis is constructed,and the structure model of automotive chassis oriented to mass customization is described .
