低强度脉冲超声波对富血小板纤维蛋白释放生长因子水平的影响

Effects of low intensity pulsed ultrasound on the release of growth factors from platelet-rich fibrin in vitro

摘要 [目的]观察低强度脉冲超声波(LIPUS)对富血小板纤维蛋白(PRF)释放生长因子水平的影响.[方法]选择10名健康男性,抽取静脉血,制备PRF,利用LIPUS辐照PRF释放的渗出液.根据辐照时间分为L-15min组、L-30min组和空白对照组.ELISA法测定PRF中生长因子的含量.[结果]与空白对照组比较,L-15min和L-30min组PRF中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子水平明显增高(P<0.05).[结论]LIPUS辐照可提高PRF释放的生长因子水平. OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of low intensity pulsed ultrasound(LIPUS)on the release of growth factor from platelet-rich fibrin(PRF)in vitro.METHODS10 healthy male were selected,and the PRF exudate was prepared from blood drawn from peripheral venous,and LIPUS irradiated to the PRF clot exudate.According to the irradiation time,the experiments were subdivided into 15 mins,30mins and control groups,and the content of growth factor in PRF was quantified by ELISA.RESULTSAs compared with control group,the content of basic fibroblast growth factor in PRF increased significantly in 15 mins and 30 mins groups(P0.05).CONCLUSIONLow intensity pulsed ultrasound irradiation may increase the concentration of released growth factor in PRF.
