摘要
暗挖地铁车站导洞内机械施工围护桩因受洞内空间条件约束,场地狭小,施工机械受限制,不利于泥浆的循环和处理,施工环境恶劣,严重影响周边环境状况。为解决狭小空间内机械成桩泥浆循环及处理难题,北京地铁八号线美术馆站工程采用大功率扬程泵将泥浆抽排至地面进行处理,有效解决了泥浆洞内循环问题,创造了良好的施工条件,同时保护工程周边环境不受施工影响。
During subway construction, pile construction in guide hole is confronted with a number of problems such as limited space for the operation of machineries, difficulties in circulation and processing of mud and strong influence on local environment. In order to solve these problems, mud was pumped to above ground for processing using high power pumps during the construction of Subway Station of Beijing Galleries on the Eighth Line of Beijing Subway. This dealt with the mud circulation efficiently, improved the conditions for the subway construction and provided a better environment for the locals.
