介绍了风电叶片的构成,描述了多轴向经编织物的结构特点与性能,阐述了多轴向经编织物的制备方法与生产工艺,详细介绍了德国Karl Mayer和Liba公司生产的碳纤维多轴向经编机与玻璃纤维多轴向经编机,并与国内多轴向经编机进行对比,最后展望了多轴向经编机的发展前景。
This article reviews the structure of wind turbine blades and structural features and performances of multi-axial warp-knitted fabrics,introduces carbon fiber and glass fiber multi-axial warp-knitting machines manufactured by Karl Mayer and Liba in Germany in detail,and compares them with the domestic multi-axial warp-knitting machines. Finally the futural development of multi-axial warp-knitting machines is predicted.
