粉末活性炭对煤焦油加工生化出水的吸附及其热再生研究

摘要 采用粉末活性炭作为吸附剂,对煤焦油加工生化出水进行处理,考察活性炭投加量、温度、pH及反应时间对废水污染物去除的影响,测定了饱和粉末活性炭的最佳再生条件,研究了再生次数对粉末活性炭再生效果的影响.结果表明,在最佳处理条件下,即保持原水(生化出水)的pH值,活性炭投加量2g·L^-1,在20℃反应30min,废水COD的去除率达到83.1%;最佳再生条件为250℃加热30min;经7次再生后仍能获得较好的吸附效果,再生效率大于90%. The article investigated the biotreated coal tar processing wastewater using powdered activated carbon as adsorbent . The influence of the dose of activated carbon, wastewater temperature, pH and reaction time on the contaminant removal in wastewater were investigated. The optimal regeneration conditions of saturated powdered activated carbon were measured, and attention was paid to the effect of regeneration cycles on the adsorption capacity of powdered activated carbon. The results showed that under an optimum condition which pH used the raw wastewater' s pH, the dose of powdered activated carbon was 2 g/L^-1, and reacted 30 minutes 20℃, 83.1% of COD could be removed. The optimum regeneration condition was heated 30 minutes under the temperature of 250℃. A good regeneration effieeney could still be gotten after the activated carbon was regenerated repeatly for 7 times, and the regeneration effieienay is are more than 90%.
