煤焦油加工园区废物资源化的综合利用技术

摘要 某公司利用自己研制的"废物资源化的综合利用技术"和可持续发展的循环经济增长模式,建立了煤焦油深加工企业的循环经济示范园区。将煅烧炉废烟气、电厂锅炉烟气、污水处理产生的废氨水、硫酸钠废水、焦油废渣、碳酸钙废渣及焦油蒸馏各高温馏分的余热等废弃物综合利用,提高了园区的整体资源利用水平。 Based on the comprehensive utilization technology of waste resource recovery and circular economy growth mode that conforms to sustainable development, the circular economy demonstration garden of coal tar deep processing enterprise was built. The waste fume from calcining furnace, fume from boiler in power plant, waste ammonia water, waste water of sodium sulfate, waste slag of tar and waste stag of calcium carbonate that produced by polluted water treatment and waste heat from high temperature distillation fraction of tar distillation and other wastes like that were comprehensively utilized. The utilization level of whole resources in zone was increased.
