"海疆万里数字文化长廊"的服务对象包括海陆空、海警、武警边防官兵,以及海疆地区居民;服务内容包括保障性的一般文化信息服务与提升性的特殊文化信息服务两大类。文章根据服务对象的特点和服务内容,设计针对海陆空、海警、武警边防官兵以及海疆地区居民的服务内容与方式。
Public cultural services platform of coastline, named Digital Culture Project along Chinese Coastal Areas, serves the sea and air soldiers, the coast guards, the armed police and the residents in coastal areas. Such information services fall into two categories: the general support services and the specific services for improvement. This article designs the pertinent service patterns for coastal clients according to the features of service objects and the content of services.
