摘要
文章从耐火材料选择、炉体砌筑工艺、炉体冷却技术、烘炉工艺、炉体膨胀量控制等方面来分析各因素对矩形电炉耐材使用寿命的影响。结果表明这些因素之间有着内在的关联因素,相互影响,相互补充,在砌炉时要综合考虑每个因素对耐材使用寿命的影响,从而提高电炉耐材使用寿命,该技术也为我国红土矿矩形炉冶炼镍铁耐材使用寿命提供了技术参考。
This article discusses the items that affect the servicing life of rectangular electrical furnace refractory such as refractory material selection, furnace body building process, furnace body cooling technology, dry-off furnace process, fur-nace expansion values, etc. The results show that factors have the intrinsic relationship with each other, influence and complement each other. In order to improve the service life of the furnace refractory material, each factor's influence for service life should be considered when building furnace. The technology also provide technical reference for service life of refractory material in laterite-ore FeNi rectangular furnace smelting.
