摘要
一种改进的硅砖热风炉烘炉工艺应用于3000m^3级和2500m^3级高炉的内燃式硅砖热风炉,均取得了良好效果,该工艺具有流程简单、设备少、效率高、操作灵活可靠等特点。实际升温曲线与计划烘炉曲线保持一致。与原有烘炉工艺相比,升温速度提高6~10倍,烘炉时间缩短60%~70%。
An improved drying - out process for silica brick hot stove was well applied to the internal combustion silica brick hot stoves of 3 000 m3 grade and 2 500 m3 grade blast furnace.This drying-out process is characterized by simplified flow path, less equipment, high efficiency, flexible and reliable operation and so on. The practical heating up curve was agreed with the planned drying-out curve. The heating up rate was increased by 6-10 times, the drying-out time was reduced by 60%-70% as compared with the original drying-out process.
