摘要 1996年5月,武钢4号高炉停炉进行第二次大修。大修设计的基本考虑是:尽量利用原有设备及构筑物,仅对限制高炉生产能力发挥的薄弱环节进行改造更新。改造设计主要围绕长寿、高风温、无料钟炉顶以及实现320t混铁车和100t铁水罐车均能装运铁水等内容进行,将钟式炉顶改为无钟炉顶,将工业水冷却改为全软水闭路循环冷却,新建4座高温内燃式热风炉,采用适用的自动化控制系统。改造后,一代高炉炉龄可达10年以上不中修,热风炉寿命约两代高炉炉龄,风湿1150℃(单烧高炉煤气),顶压0.20MPa,年产生铁176万t(能力192.5万t)。大修后的4号高炉已于1996年9月28日投入生产。 The No.4 blast furnace of Wuhan Iron & Steel (Group) Co.was blown out for the second rebuild in May,1996.The general principle for the design is to utilize the existing equipments and structures to the full,and to modernize those disadvantageous to enhancing blast furnace productivity.The main purposes of the design are to make blast furnace long life,to attain high blast temperature,to charge with bell-less top and to transfer hot metal with both 320 t-torpedo-ladle-car and 100 t-ladle-car.Besides bell top was replaced with bell-less top industrial water cooling system was replaced with closed loop soft water cooling system,four internal combustion hot blast stoves were built and also suitable automatical control system was adopted.The blast furnace campaign life may reach over ten years without intermediate repair and the hot blast stove campaign life may reach about two times of the blast furnace campaign life.The blast temperature of 1150℃(with only blast furnace gas),the top pressure of 0.20 MPa and the output of 1760 thousands ton (capacity of 1925 thousands ton) may be achieved.The No.4 blast furnace was put into operation on September 28,1996.
