摘要
神经眼科是一门交叉学科,横跨了眼科、神经内科和神经外科。很多神经系统疾病都会有其相对应的眼神经病表现。神经内科和神经外科临床医生对这些眼神经病表现进行学习,有助于解决因缺乏神经眼科知识而延误与神经疾病相关眼神经病的诊断及治疗困难的难题。文中主要介绍了5种小脑性共济失调疾病与其眼神经病表现。
Neuro-ophthalmology is an interdiscipline of ophthalmology, neurology and neurosurgery. Many nervous system disorders have their neuro-ophthalmic manifestations. By studying the manifestations, the clinicians of neurology and neurosurgery will be able to solve the problems of delayed diagnosis and hard treatment because of lacking the knowledge of ocular neuropathy. The features and treatments of five types of disorders of cerebral ataxia were reviewed.
