摘要
目的探讨以学生为中心教学模式在胃肠外科护理实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2014年7月~2015年2月在我院胃肠外科实习的护理学生70名,随机分为对照组和观察组各35名,对照组采用常规的教学模式,观察组采用以学生为中心的教学模式,观察分析两组护理学生在理论考试、操作考试成绩及学生的满意度。结果观察组的理论考试及操作考试成绩均高于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组学生护理满意度优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论在胃肠外科护理实习教学中采用以学生为中心教学模式效果显著,能培养学生的综合能力,提高带教质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of studentcentered teaching mode in the teaching of gastrointestinal surgery nursing practice. Methods 70 nursing students in our hospital for gastrointestinal surgery from July 2014 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 students in each group. The control group were given the conventional teaching mode,and the observation group were given the student-centered teaching mode. The theoretical examination,operation test scores and students＇ satisfaction in the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results The theoretical examination,operation test scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）,and the students＇ satisfaction of the observation was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the teaching of gastrointestinal surgery,the effect of student-centered teaching mode is significant,which can cultivate students＇ comprehensive ability,improve the quality of teaching.
