摘要
实验教学是金融学专业建设的重要组成部分,也是提高人才培养质量和就业竞争力的有力支撑点。作为典型的应用性学科,金融学专业需要高度重视培养学生科学解决实际问题和动手操作能力。文章在分析开展金融学专业实验教学意义的基础上,重点围绕实验教学理念、实验教学队伍、实验教学形式和实验教学设计等方面剖析了存在的主要问题,最后从重视专业人才队伍建设、优化实验教学课程设计、探索实验教学模式改革和加强实验软件系统开发等方面提出了解决思路。
Hands-on teaching is not only an important part in the construction of finance specialty, but also a strong support to improving the quality of personnel training and employment competitiveness. As an applica- tion-oriented discipline, finance specialty should pay more attention to the cultivation of students＇ operational capacity and their ability to solve real problems. After analyzing the significance of hands-on teaching for fi- nance majors, this paper discusses the main problems in the understanding of hands-on teaching, the teaching team, the teaching modes and the teaching design. It then proposes following solutions to those problems： more attention to be paid to building up the teaching team, improvement of hands-on teaching design, the teaching reforms, and the development of teaching software.
