摘要
"厂校一体"是职业院校校企深度合作的一种模式。包含两层含义:观念上要将校企双方视为一个命运共同体,重视企业利益;行动上要坚持全过程全方位合作,始终秉承"校中有厂、厂中有校"的合作理念。湖南湘菜学院在实践中探索了"厂校一体"的校企合作模式,认为健全这种模式的关键在于制度创新,实行股份制合作办学,将厂校一体由目前的命运共同体变成利益共同体。
＂School-enterprise integration＂, one of the modes for in-depth cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises, includes two aspects： both the school and the enterprise in question should be regard- ed as the common destiny and meanwhile the enterprises＇ interests should be guaranteed; in practice, the idea that ＂school and enterprise are inseparable＂ should be adhered to for the sake of a full-process and compre- hensive cooperation. This paper discusses the school-enterprise cooperation mode ＂school-enterprise integra- tion＂, which the School of Hunan Cuisine explores, and holds the view that the key to improving this mode is to intensify system innovation, to run the school by the share holding system, and to turn the common destiny of school and enterprise into a community of interests.
