液力变矩器叶栅数据库模块化封装集成设计方法研究

摘要 在开展液力元件叶栅系统设计时,仅包括叶形参数化、束流计算或三维流动分析、性能的优化与优选的全新正向设计是不够全面的,还应将以往成熟设计结果纳入设计体系共享,以提高设计精度,有效避免信息孤岛现象的出现.通过对设计存量资源的整理和发掘,分别构建叶片几何结构数据库和传动性能计算及试验结果数据库,实现两类数据库之间映射关系的设计过程模块化封装,将正向设计的建模、计算和优化等过程,以及逆向设计的数据采集和曲面重构等环节,分别集成到基于数据库技术的设计平台之上,为实际工程设计提供较为完整的设计手段.这个平台一方面可以为基型设计和统计设计提供了多个较为成熟的现有叶栅系列及其性能参考,另一方面基于数据库中已有大量得到验证的叶栅配置,在优化搜索过程中能够有效地缩减正向计算规模,提升设计精度. In the process of designing the cascade system,a new forward design is not comprehensive enough only including the blade parameterized modeling,the beam flow calculation or three- dimensional flow analysis,and the optimization of the performance. The design system should be shared with the previous results so as to improve the design precision and avoid the information island phenomenon.According to the existed design materials,both a blade geometry database and a database of containing its performance calculation as well as testing results are built respectively. The design process module with the mapping relationship between the two types of databases is encapsulated. The processes of modeling,calculation and optimization in forward design,and the procedures of data acquisition and surface reconstruction in reversal design are integrated into a platform based on the database technology,providing a set of more complete approach for the actual engineering design. The platform can also provide a number of references of the existing cascade series both in geometry parameters and in performance indexes for the basic and statistical design. Based on a large number of the verified cascade configuration in the database,the scale of forward computation can be effectively reduced and the design precision be improved in the optimization search process.
