摘要
为研究带速对"带式输送机输送带压陷阻力与托辊的旋转阻力之和"的影响,设计了一套能够测试"压陷阻力与旋转阻力之和"的测试装置。文章介绍了该测试装置的结构及工作原理,以及利用该装置施加不同的载荷模拟矿井现场的煤炭输送量,利用变频器实现变频调速,得到速度与阻力之间的关系。实验结果表明:变频调速与节能之间的关系与输送带的输送量之间有着密切的联系,同时与输送机处于高速运行状态还是低速运行状态也有关系。
To study the impact of belt speed on sum of indentation rolling resistance of idle and rotation resistance, a set of test device was designed. Structure and working principle of the test device were introduced, and the relationship between belt speed and resistance was obtained, using the device to simulate the coal conveying load, the speed was regulated with frequency converter. Results show that, the relationship between frequency conversion speed regulation and energy saving is closely related to transport capacity of the conveyor belt, and is also concerned with the speed of operation condition.
