摘要
针对水利隧道、矿山岩石开采项目中刮板输送机存在的卡链问题,突破现有的刮板输送机常规结构,设计开发了新的结构。介绍了原刮板机的结构及在岩石环境中的缺陷,阐述了刮板输送机新结构设计的主要思路、新结构的主要创新点和应用情况。
For the blocking chain problem of scraper conveyor of roadheader in Water tunnel, mine rock mining project, a breakthrough is made in the present scraper conveyor normal structure, and a new structure is developed. It introduced the previous structure of the scraper conveyor and the defect in the rock environment and elaborated the main ideas of the designs of new structure scraper conveyor, the main innovation points as well as the situation of application.
