摘要
悬臂式掘进机在全岩巷掘进中,刮板输送机在运输岩石物料的过程中存在卡链、断链、飘链、磨损等问题,严重影响进尺效率。通过分析,提出改进措施,解决了目前全岩巷悬臂式掘进机刮板输送机物料运输问题,提高了刮板输送机的使用效率和使用寿命,提高了掘进机的生产效率。
Boom type roadheader in whole rock drivage, scraper conveyor chain, chain scission, existing card floating chain, wear in the transport of rock material,seriously affects the drilling efficiency. Through to the analysis of the existing problems, and puts forward the improvement measures, the whole rock tunnelroadheader conveyor scraper transport problems, improve the use efficiency of the scraper conveyor and the service life, improve the production efficiency of theboring machine.
