摘要
针对目前无法对工作面支架的受力情况进行整体、连续掌握的问题,设计一种基于Lab VIEW的液压支架压力监测系统。该系统能够实现对液压支架多点压力参数的数据采集、在线监测、数据库读写、超压预警以及报表输出等功能,并对液压支架的受力状态进行分析,能够了解工作面的受力分布情况。该系统应用结果表明:基于Lab VIEW的液压支架压力监测系统能有效地分析顶板压力,提高了液压支架的运行可靠性。
In view of the problem that the stress condition of the support can't be integrated and continuous, a pressure monitoring system based on Lab VIEW is designed. The system can realize the function of data acquisition, on-line monitoring, database read and write, ultra pressure warning and report output and so on. At the same time, the stress state of the hydraulic support is analyzed, and the stress distribution of the working surface can be understood. The application results show that the pressure monitoring system based on Lab VIEW can effectively analyze the roof pressure and improve the operation reliability of the hydraulic support.
