摘要
为了解决郭庄煤业支架压力监测总站存在的一系列问题,准确掌握支架立柱的压力状况,保证工作面的正常生产,基于PCC技术,对监测总站进行优化改造,对总站的硬件结构和软件程序进行重新设计,改善了监测总站的可靠性、抗干扰能力和环境的适应能力,减小了总站体积,为工作面支架压力监测总站的研制提供理论参考。
In order to solve a series of problems of support pressure monitoring station in the Guozhuang coal mine,accurately grasp the support pillar stress status,maintain the normal production of working face,this article is based on PCC technology,optimize the monitoring terminal,the terminal hardware structure and software process redesign and improve the reliability of the monitoring terminal,anti-interference ability and environment adaptability,reduced the terminal volume,for the development of the working face support pressure monitoring station to provide theoretical reference.
