摘要
为了实现泵车连杆轻量化并保证结构稳定性,引入拓扑优化和形貌优化设计方法,在多工况下,以整体屈曲、体积分数和应力为约束,进行连杆优化设计,获得合理的材料分布及加强筋分布,实现结构轻量化,提高了稳定性,为连杆优化设计提供了一种可行且有效的方法。
In order to reduce the weight of pump truck connecting rod and ensure the stability of the structure, topology optimization and topography optimization design method was introduced. Overall buckling, volumetric fraction and the global stress were set up as constraints to optimize the design of connecting rod in multi-condition to obtain the optimal material distribution and stiffener. The results showed that the weight of structure was reduced and the stability was improved. This study provided an effective method for the optimization design of connecting rod.
