摘要
区域人才竞争力提升和一体化发展成为区域经济发展一体化的重要形式和推动力量。从人才规模、人才质量、人才投入、人才产出和人才环境五类指标构建徐连人才竞争力评价指标体系,运用综合指数评价法测度了徐州和连云港两市的人才竞争力和各自差异,提出徐连人才一体化发展对策建议。
The promotion and integration of regional talents competitiveness has become an important form and the driving force of integration of regional economic development.According to the five categories of indicators,such as talents scale,quality of talents,talents input,output and talents environment,kinds of indexes are constructed,and the talents competitiveness and the differences between the two cities of Xuzhou and Lianyungang are evaluated by using the comprehensive index evaluation method.
