摘要
本文分析了成渝城市群在人才一体化建设的探索过程中面临的诸多困境,包括行政壁垒和体制性障碍、人才资源市场各自保护、人才市场一体化建设滞后、制度体系缺失等,并从造成困境的内外因素入手,提出了破解困境的途径和人才一体化建设的具体措施。
This paper analyzes the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration in the integration process of exploration personnel faced many difficulties, including: administrative barriers and institutional barriers to protect their human resources market, the talent market integration lag, lack of institutional system, etc., and from two aspect of difficulties caused by internal and external factors, put forward ways to crack the dilemma and talent integration of specific countenneasures.
